Ali A. Ali

Founder & CEO

Ali is the visionary founder of W3S and serves as the company CEO.  His extensive experience spans project management, procurement, recruitment, multilingual communication, cultural advising, liaising, and negotiation.  His career’s journey began in 2007, supporting various projects and programs in Iraq, where he developed remarkable business acumen, entrepreneurship, and leadership prowess in high-stakes environments. Ali is a U.S. Army veteran with distinguished service in Iraq during Operation New Dawn.

Ali’s education reflects a deep understanding of global dynamics and business trends.  He holds a master’s in International Policy and Practice (MIPP) from the University of George Washington, with focus on U.S. policy in the Middle East.  He also recently completed an M.S. in Analytics from AU Kogod School of Business, graduating at the top of his class.

Beyond his business pursuits, he dedicates time to his family and to helping fellow veterans, demonstrating a balance between professional excellence and personal life, with a strong commitment to service.

JERRY M. WALker

CO-Founder & CHRO

Jerry M. Walker is a founding partner of W3S, bringing decades of expertise in human resources management, leadership development, and organizational strategy. A decorated U.S. Marine Corps veteran, he served 21 years, retiring as a Master Sergeant.

Following his military career, Jerry held key HR leadership roles in government, private sector, and international consulting. He advised the U.S. Department of State and Department of Defense in Iraq, supporting the Ministry of Interior’s capacity building. He later served as Deputy of Human Resources for Mission Essential in Afghanistan, overseeing HR operations for 8,000+ personnel. Domestically, he led HR initiatives in retail and served as Director of Human Resources for the Memphis Police Department.

Jerry holds a B.S. in Business Management from Park University and an M.S. in Human Resources Management from Chapman University. He is passionate about leadership development, HR innovation, and driving organizational success.

senior Advisor, IT

Salem Najib serves as a Senior IT Advisor to W3S, bringing over 20 years of experience in network architecture, cybersecurity, and digital modernization. He provides strategic and operational advisory support to help W3S implement its technology vision, deliver innovative solutions, and drive business growth. Salem works closely with leadership to ensure operational readiness, strong contract performance, and full compliance with technical and security requirements.

As founder and senior consultant at Nivola Systems, Salem advises clients on SD-WAN and SASE transformations, cloud IaaS migrations, hybrid cloud architecture, and next-generation security initiatives. He often serves as a vCTO for select clients, providing executive oversight for complex modernization programs. His professional background includes managing Enterprise Solutions Engineering at HBS and holding lead architect roles responsible for transitioning legacy infrastructure to large-scale WAN and cloud-native solutions for enterprise clients.

Salem holds an MSc in Information Systems Management from Brunel University, London, and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Damascus University. His technical leadership is underpinned by an extensive suite of industry certifications, including CCNP, CCDP, and VMware VCP6-NV. He is also an AWS Certified Solutions Architect and a Cisco Certified Systems Instructor (CCSI).

Mohammed Zaza

senior Advisor, Business Development

Mohammed serves as a Senior BDA to W3S. He is a seasoned Business Development Director with over 20 years of experience helping organizations grow through strategic outreach, strong partnerships, and market expansion. He is known for his ability to identify opportunities, build meaningful relationships, and turn connections into long-term business value.

Throughout his career, Mohamad has worked across diverse markets in the U.S. and internationally, supporting companies at different stages—from growth-focused organizations to established businesses seeking expansion. His expertise lies in developing outreach strategies, opening new markets, strengthening referral and partnership networks, and aligning business development efforts with overall company goals.
Mohamad brings a practical, results-driven approach to growth, combining data, strategy, and relationship management. He works closely with leadership teams to design scalable growth models, improve go-to-market execution, and create sustainable pipelines that drive revenue and brand presence.

With a strong interest in innovation and technology, Mohamad actively explores modern tools—including AI and automation—to enhance outreach, optimize processes, and improve performance. He is valued for his collaborative leadership style, strategic thinking, and ability to help organizations grow efficiently while maintaining strong relationships and credibility in the market
