Our Team

Ali A. Ali 

Founder and Managing Director

Ali is the visionary founder and managing director of W3S.  His extensive experience spans project management, procurement, recruitment, multilingual communication, cultural advising, liaising, and negotiation.  His career’s journey began in 2007, supporting various projects and programs in Iraq, where he developed remarkable business acumen, entrepreneurship, and leadership prowess in high-stakes environments.

Ali is a U.S. Army veteran with distinguished service in Iraq during Operation New Dawn.

Ali’s educational background reflects his deep understanding of global dynamics and business trends.  He holds a master’s in international policy and practice (MIPP) from the University of George Washington, with focus on U.S. policy in the Middle East.  He also recently completed an M.S. in Analytics from AU Kogod School of Business, graduating at the top of his class.

Ali lives in Washington, DC with his wife and two sons. Beyond his business pursuits, he dedicates time to his family and to helping fellow veterans, demonstrating a balance between professional excellence and personal life, with a strong commitment to service.

Jerry M. Walker

Founding Partner and Managing Director

Jerry M. Walker is a founding partner of Walker Support, Service, and Solutions, LLC, bringing decades of expertise in human resources management, leadership development, and organizational strategy. A decorated U.S. Marine Corps veteran, he served 21 years, retiring as a Master Sergeant.

Following his military career, Jerry held key HR leadership roles in government, private sector, and international consulting. He advised the U.S. Department of State and Department of Defense in Iraq, supporting the Ministry of Interior’s capacity building. He later served as Deputy of Human Resources for Mission Essential in Afghanistan, overseeing HR operations for 8,000+ personnel. Domestically, he led HR initiatives in retail and served as Director of Human Resources for the Memphis Police Department.

Jerry holds a B.S. in Business Management from Park University and an M.S. in Human Resources Management from Chapman University. He is passionate about leadership development, HR innovation, and driving organizational success.
